Happy Birthday Nikky

It was Nikky from Polkadoodles birthday on 22nd January, so I made this card along with a matching box for her. I coloured the cute Honeypie Sweet Flower Bouquet using ProMarkers. The flowers were made using Lemonade Fizz Stamp Set and coloured using Distress Oxide Inks. I used a cut and emboss die for the bottom of the card front and lightly brushed over the embossing with Distress Oxides. I dressed up the flowers with a white gel pen and attached a few mulberry paper flowers. Finishing off with ribbon, handmade bow to match and some flat back contrasting pearls. As the embellishments on the card were 3D, I made a matching box to store the card.

Blooming in Purple Spring is in the air and what better time to release a blooming NEW collection. Blooms and Butterflies have the most gorgeous floral images along with adorable butterflies available in store at Polkadoodles. For this clean and simple card I used Blooms Bundle 1 and coloured using Prismacolor Pencils. I attached to an area on the card where I used Distress Oxide and spritzed with water. Bunny with Roses Polkadoodles NEW Springtime Smiles Collection is full of the cutest chicks, bunnies and sheep. Pre-coloured or B&W and contains papers and sentiments for all occasions. For my centre step card, I used Bunny with Roses and coloured using Prismacolor pencils. I used backing papers from the same collection. Just a Little Note, from Ula For this large tag, I used Ula Create stamp set and coloured using Copics. I stenciled the background using Heavenly Circles Stencil . I stamped the florals using Just a Little Note Blossom stamp set and also coloured using Copics. I finished off by adding a jute bow and flat back pearls, then attaching all to the base tag, made from Kraft card. LEO - Zodiac

LEO - Zodiac Polkadoodles have released their NEW Zodiac Collection and it's jam packed full of amazing digital downloads with a Horoscope theme. For this stepper card, I used Leo and coloured using Copics. The background paper is from the Happy Cactus Collection as I thought it fit perfectly into my jungle theme. I die cut lots of various leaves as well as cutting leaves from the backing paper, and assembled behind the lion. The LEO text and sentiment are from the same Zodiac Collection. I finished off by attaching a few miniature flowers and a wooden ladybird.
