What a Cute 'Pear!'  Donuts About You! How cute is this stamp set from Polkadoodles?!? Hearts and Happiness is a NEW release and so versatile and fun! For these cards I used stamps from the Donuts About You set. I used backing  paper from Hearts and Happiness Paper Pack 6x6 to match.   A Snowy Day! Today's theme for the design team was  ' 'A SNOWY SCENE'' There's also an amazing   DISCOUNT CODE   for the  Polkadoodles store TODAY!  Check out the   blog   for all the details.  A 'snowy theme' to my card today. Featuring  'Buying the Tree'  from  Winnie White Christmas Collection.   I inked the background in blues down into white for the snow, then adding texture paste and Glitter Kiss for some added sparkle to the snow. I stencilled trees from  Winter/Christmas Landscapes 6x6 stencil  then cut out and covered in texture paste for a wintry look. I attached a swirly die cut from my stash and attached little snowflakes to it. Starry backing paper is from  Gnome Much Fun Toppers and Gift Boxes   I finished off with blue spotty ribbon and white spotty organza ribbon, made into bows.  A Vintage Octavia Octavia is one of my favourite Polkadoodles collections - I never tire of colouring her. This card features Octavia Thinking  coloured using Copics. I stencilled the background using Creepy Foliage Halloween Stencil . I used pinks and browns for a more vintage feel. I love this stencil! I attached her to a wooden frame which I slightly inked up in brown. A large burlap rose was attached along with other white and cream flowers, string and wooden embellishments.  Hello Squirrel! Penny's Paper Crafty Challenge #488 I was asked to be Guest Designer this week for Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenge and made this card featuring 'Hello Squirrel' from All Dressed Up. She's super cute!  I inked a background in pale blue from the top, into pale lime, then a darker green for the bottom half.  I coloured the image using a combination of Promarkers and Zig Clean Color. I attached a tree from Winnie Fruit Punch Embellies Bundle from Polkadoodles. I added mulberry roses in white, cream and red. along with die cut leaves. Then finished off by adding texture paste to the edges.   Myrell in Purple   This beautiful image is from illustrator, Sybile Art.  She's called Myrell and I think she's adorable! I decided to stick with purple tones and used a combination of Copics and Arrtx markers. I added some texture paste to the edges of the square die cut. I'm regretting adding the bow now and should have kept it simple. Anyway, hope you like it!  Snow Much Love  Snow people can fall in love too, yeah? These adorable snowmen are from Winter Smiles Collection from Polkadoodles. I removed the bird from 'Hello Frosty Snowman' and removed the ice-cream from 'Ice-Cream Snowman'   I replaced with a heart.  The background was made using Great Outdoors Trees/Foliage Stencil from Polkadoodles. I inked all in brown, then adding green to parts of the top half. I drew little hearts on the ends of the branches.  The snowmen were coloured using Promarkers. Red and white always compliment one another when used together.    For the sentiment, the SNOW MUCH is from Snowball Kisses Stamp Set and the LOVE is from my stash.
