My Bestie Christmas  

For this 'Christmas in July' card I used the beautiful 'Magical Winter Wonderland Doll' from My Besties - Sherri Baldy. I coloured her using ProMarkers, staying with traditional Christmas colours. The poinsettia flowers are from Polkadoodles 'Merry Christmas Poinsettia Holiday'  stamp set. The sentiment is from 'Snowball Kisses' stamp set.

Happy Halloween Bestie

 Happy Halloween Bestie I do love Sherri's Halloween images from My Besties! This cutie is Happy Fall/Halloween img024 and I coloured her using ProMarkers. I attached her to a centre step card and decorated the side panels with Spooky Pumpkin Dies and Spooky Hat/Web Dies from Polkadoodles. I stencilled the trees using Trees/Foliage Stencil (also Polkadoodles) with Ground Espresso Distress Oxide. Gnome Winter Village - Polkadoodles Digi Choosday

 Gnome Winter Village Today's theme for the Design Team was  Winter Gnomes - Non Traditional Colours There's also an amazing   DISCOUNT CODE   for the  Polkadoodles store TODAY!  Check out the   blog   for all the details. For my winter gnomes theme,  I used  Special Wishes Letter  from the  Gnome Festive Fun Collection.    Coloured using ProMarkers.  I die cut the top half from my Kraft card front, so I could attach the houses behind the curves. I then embossed the front with a dotty embossing folder.  The houses are from Christmas Scene and  Holly Blessings  Stamp Sets. Trees are from  Night Sky Stamp Set . I stamped on to Kraft card and coloured using a white Prismacolor pencil. I finished off by attaching some brown and white gingham ribbon and made a bow to match. My Star Bestie

  My Star Bestie I am in love with My Besties images from Sherri Baldy. They are such a joy to colour! For this card I used Stars in Your Eyes. I coloured her using ProMarkers. I inked up the edges of a rectangle die cut using Distress Oxide, attaching to a larger rectangle die cut. This was then put onto a 5x7 card with lilac and pale blue backing paper - inking the edges again. The butterfly is from Bumpy Road Stamp Set and the sentiment if from Winnie Sunshine Delights - both Polkadoodles. I attached mulberry roses to match, and some die cut leave sprigs. I finished off by making a triple bow in white, purple and lilac spotty organza and adding a flat back gem.   Super pleased with the results! For my floral project to follow a colour palette, I used  Thinking of You Blossom Stamp Set.  I stamped a few times, coloured with ProMarkers and decoupaged for some dimension. Sweet Hearts - My Besties

  You're In My Heart This card features the ever so cute 'Sweet Hearts - You're In My Heart' from My Besties by Sherri Ann Baldy. I immediately fell in love with it! I took out my old Ohuhu Markers as I remembered there's some lovely purple and blues in my collection. I for got just how good they are!  I inked up the edges after colouring the image, using Distress Oxides in Faded Jeans and Dusty Concord.  I used backing papers from Not Sassy Paper Pack, also from My Besties.
