For my Valentine themed project, I have used pre-coloured  Love Bird Heart Bunting   from the NEW  Wings of Love Valentine Collection.  Background paper is from the same collection. I attached a few hearts from  Topper Sheet 1  and the sentiment is from  Topper Sheet 3 . I stenciled the background using  Blossoming Rose Stencil.
