For today's 'Flowers' theme, and not to use pink, I created a collection of floral projects using the NEW Botanical Bliss Collection using green and purple. For my large gate-fold card with belly-band and the tag, I used Radiant Roses. The stepper card was created using Hydrangea Ribbon All coloured using Distress Oxides and Zig Clean Color pens.

A Day at the Beach Winnie Relaxing Sunlounger and Winnie Building Sandcastles Today's theme for the Design Team was 'Smell Of The Sea' There's also an amazing DISCOUNT CODE for the Polkadoodles store TODAY! Check out the blog for all the details. Oh I can't wait to be beside the sea again! For this project 'Smell of the Sea' I used Winnie - Building Sandcastles and Relaxing Sunlounger from Polkadoodles. Both coloured using ProMarkers. The backing paper is from 6x6 Peeling Paint paper pack. I attached a few Tropical Palm Trees with some tiny polystyrene embellishment balls. Sentiment is from Winnie Mermazing Mermaid Quotes . The sky and sand are water coloured using Mozart Komorebi Watercolors. For my 'Mum' themed card, I used the beautiful Lilac Haze Watercoloured Flower . I copied 3 times, fussycut and then decoupaged to create a 3D effect. Backing paper is from the same bundle. I finished off with adding some stamen buds to the flower centers and a little glamour dust on the petals. Driving Miss Daisy

Driving Miss Daisy This gorgeous image is called 'Couple in a Cabriolet' by Julia Spiri. I just adore it! Coloured using Promarkers and Copics. The background was stencilled using Park Life Stencil from Polkadoodles, focusing only around the top half of the image. I water coloured the ground using a mixture of Ranger 'Peeled Paint, Iced Spruce and Walnut Stain, to get the colour I wanted to achieve. I used a square 5x5 die cut, inked up the edges and attached to backing paper from Festive Christmas Bundle from Polkadoodles. Sentiment can be added at a later date, to suit the occasion. Summer Time Tag Today's theme for the Design Team was Bright and Summery There's also an amazing DISCOUNT CODE for the Polkadoodles store TODAY! Check out the blog for all the details. Normally I colour my own images, but for this summer tag I decided to use pre-coloured Winnie Vacation from the Special Moments Big Kahuna Bundle. The sentiment words are from Super Sentiments Stamp Set. The flag banner is from Baubles and Banners Stamp Set . Attached are some palm trees and a sun for that summery beach feel! For the sun i added a generous amount of Clear Nuvo Drops and swirled around to give that watery sun look, when dried. The palm trees, sun and flag banner were coloured using ProMarkers. Back to School Today's theme for the Design Team was Back to School There's also an amazing DISCOUNT CODE for the Polkadoodles store TODAY! Check out the blog for all the details. For my 'Back to School' project, I made this vintage school bag using papers from the Winston Deluxe Download Collection . The flowers and zip are from the same collection. The pencils are from Winnie Fruit Punch Embellies which I recoloured. I used a box die to make my school bag shape. I inked up the edges in brown distress oxide. I made a pocket from a rectangle die and attached the zip to the top, for the pencils - adding some stitching with a white gel pen. I added a little tag so Winnie can claim her school bag! I used Lovely Tags and attached Pretty Jars and Vases. and Pretty Botanicals Embellishments The lettering is from Sweet Moments Chipboard Embellishments . I stencilled the background using Square Trellis Stencil. All coloured using Distress Oxide Inks, with some natural twine to finish off. Bare Foot and Loose Hair This gorgeous image is called Bare Foot Lady with Loose Hair by artist Mariola Budek. I just fell in love it when I seen her! I coloured her using a combination of Copics and Arrtx Markers. Ripped a piece of card and inked the edges in green and attached to a 5x7 card. Finished off with white spotty organza ribbon and green spotty ribbon made into bows. One of the cutest collections from Polkadoodles is the Frosty Winter Smiles Snowmen Bundle. Such a gorgeous collection of snowmen characters. For my tags, I used Hello Frosty Snowman , Happy Snowmen Couple and New Friends Snowman - which i flipped to be facing the other way. I printed them on to Kraft card and coloured using Prismacolor Premier pencils. The beautiful backing paper and Christmas foliage are from Winnie Winterland Big Kahuna Bundle. I added some 3D berries and a pine cone along with red and green ribbon to compliment the colour theme. Little Skipper This bright and colourful card features My Besties 'Little Skipper' The centre circle was stencilled using Polkadoodles Great Outdoors Stencil to create the orange sky/clouds and grass.
