Winnie in Monochrome

Winnie in Monochrome From the NEW collection from Polkadoodles, Winnie, Let's Hang Out, I used 'Well, Hello' I decided to keep this card monochrome. I coloured Winnie and the hedgehogs using Copics. I used a rectangle die cut and attached her to another curved edged rectangle die cut and inkeduop the edges using Distress Oxide. The flowers are cut from Flower Flourish Die Set , with the edges also inked with Distress Oxide. I used a white gelly roll pen to make little dots at the side. The sentiment is from the same Winnie Let's Hang Out Collection. For my 'Unusual Shape Halloween Card' I started off using the Snow Globe Die to make a cauldron shape. I attached a NEW Spellbinding Witch - Belladonna , coloured using ProMarkers. I separated the mini cauldron and skull and attached them beside the frog and sticking out the bubbling liquid. I made the dripping/splashing liquid by using Grungey Slime Halloween Stencil . The little frog is from Unfrogettable Stamp Set . Pretty Flower Wreath For this card I decided to use Kraft card and my Prismacolor pencils. I coloured Pretty Flower Wreath from Polkadoodles and enlarged the image to fit the bottom and left hand side of the card only. After colouring the flowers, I fussy cut and attached to the card for a 3D effect. Sentiment is from the Darling Buds collection. The Garden Gate Today's theme for the Design Team is Follow a Colour Palette There's also an amazing DISCOUNT CODE for the Polkadoodles store TODAY! Check out the blog for all the details. I created this card following a colour palette, using Distress Oxides in Picked Raspberry, Fertilised Amber, Mustard Seed, Cracked Pistachio, Broken China and Mowed Lawn. I cut the front off my card and made strips from it, to form an old shabby gate. I used Dahlia Flowers Dies for the main focus. The little pots, sign post and butterfly are from All the Dirt Stamp Set . I stencilled inside the card using Great Outdoors Stencil to create the clouds and grass. Today's card features an acetate window scene while using the adorable Winnie - Leaving Mince Pies All backing papers, sentiment and embellies are from the amazing Winnie Winterland Big Kahuna Bundle I made a window from acetate and added curtains made from Winnie Winterland Paper Heaven 1. I sprinkled some Glamour Dust to the corners of the window to resemble snow. Can you spot Rudolph peeking in the window? The beautiful pre-coloured fireplace is perfect for this project, as Winnie is leaving mince pies for Santa in her lounge on Christmas Eve.
