Winnie in Monochrome

Winnie in Monochrome From the NEW collection from Polkadoodles, Winnie, Let's Hang Out, I used 'Well, Hello' I decided to keep this card monochrome. I coloured Winnie and the hedgehogs using Copics. I used a rectangle die cut and attached her to another curved edged rectangle die cut and inkeduop the edges using Distress Oxide. The flowers are cut from Flower Flourish Die Set , with the edges also inked with Distress Oxide. I used a white gelly roll pen to make little dots at the side. The sentiment is from the same Winnie Let's Hang Out Collection. Both coloured using ProMarkers. The backing paper is from 6x6 Peeling Paint paper pack. I attached a few Tropical Palm Trees with some tiny polystyrene embellishment balls. Belladonna Witch Today's theme for the Design Team was Unusual Shape - Halloween/Autumn There's also an amazing DISCOUNT CODE for the Polkadoodles store TODAY! Check out the blog for all the details. For my 'Unusual Shape Halloween Card' I started off using the Snow Globe Die to make a cauldron shape. I attached a NEW Spellbinding Witch - Belladonna , coloured using ProMarkers. I separated the mini cauldron and skull and attached them beside the frog and sticking out the bubbling liquid. I made the dripping/splashing liquid by using Grungey Slime Halloween Stencil . The little frog is from Unfrogettable Stamp Set . The Garden Gate Today's theme for the Design Team is Follow a Colour Palette There's also an amazing DISCOUNT CODE for the Polkadoodles store TODAY! Check out the blog for all the details. I created this card following a colour palette, using Distress Oxides in Picked Raspberry, Fertilised Amber, Mustard Seed, Cracked Pistachio, Broken China and Mowed Lawn. I cut the front off my card and made strips from it, to form an old shabby gate. I used Dahlia Flowers Dies for the main focus. The little pots, sign post and butterfly are from All the Dirt Stamp Set . I stencilled inside the card using Great Outdoors Stencil to create the clouds and grass. I attached and coloured Pretty Flowerpots and Planters Dies . Pretty Flower Wreath For this card I decided to use Kraft card and my Prismacolor pencils. I coloured Pretty Flower Wreath from Polkadoodles and enlarged the image to fit the bottom and left hand side of the card only. After colouring the flowers, I fussy cut and attached to the card for a 3D effect. Sentiment is from the Darling Buds collection. Today's card features an acetate window scene while using the adorable Winnie - Leaving Mince Pies All backing papers, sentiment and embellies are from the amazing Winnie Winterland Big Kahuna Bundle I made a window from acetate and added curtains made from Winnie Winterland Paper Heaven 1. I sprinkled some Glamour Dust to the corners of the window to resemble snow. Can you spot Rudolph peeking in the window? The beautiful pre-coloured fireplace is perfect for this project, as Winnie is leaving mince pies for Santa in her lounge on Christmas Eve.
