For my congratulations project and to follow a colour palette, I created this card using Watercolour Flower Stem. I copied 3 times, cut out the petals and leaves, then decoupaged for a 3D effect. The backing papers are from the same collection. The 'congratulations' text is from the Zodiac Sentiments. I finished off by added a white bow and white glitter gems to the flower centers.
