You're Worth Melting For

Christmas in July has arrived and Polkadoodles were showcasing the fabulous Gnome-azing Christmas Collection on Create & Craft TV. For my sample card for the show, I used Gnome Worth Melting For and coloured using Prismacolor pencils on to Kraft Card. The background paper is from the same collection - Happy Christmas Paper Pack. The little snowman is from the Itsy Bits Plywood Shapes.

Tying the Knot Wedding season is upon us, and Polkadoodles have 2 NEW stamp sets in store. Wedding Season features Tying the Knot and Wedding Day are perfect for all your romantic crafting! For this card I used both stamp sets and attached some beautiful fabric florals and wooden embellishments. Sentiment was stamped on to a wooden heart. Champagne glasses lightly coloured using a Copic marker. Handmade Flowers on a Mother's Day Card! For this Mother's Day card, I made flowers by using Lady E Design Flower and Leaf Dies out of foamiran. I coloured using distress oxides. After manipulating them into shape by using heat, I inserted the stamens. The backing paper is from Hunkydory. I also attached a few elements from Little Birdie's 'Purple Passion' The 'sent with love' sentiment is from Sentimentally Yours from Phill Martin. The 'Mum' sentiment is from my stash. Snowdrops for Mother Today's theme for the design team was ' 'MOTHER'S DAY - Darling Buds Collection - Belly Band / Pocket'' There's also an amazing DISCOUNT CODE for the Polkadoodles store TODAY! Check out the blog for all the details. My Design Team project today is a Mother's Day Tri-Fold Card featuring Snowdrop from the Darling Buds Collection. I used paper from Winnie Special Moments - Paper Heaven 4 and stencilled the outside and top half of the inside, using Timeless Rose - Sweetheart Stencil. I used Distress Oxide - Peeled Paint and Memento - Pear Tart. I used Pear Tart to ink up the edges as well. I cut snowdrops from the image and attached to the inside. I made a little pocket to keep the sentiment tag inside. The card is kept closed with a belly band to match. Gnome for Spring Collection features 6 gorgeous Spring time gnomes in B&W, pre-coloured and with backing papers and sentiments This card was made using Daisy Heart Gnome and coloured using Prismacolor pencils. Merry Christmas Son - 52 Christmas Card Throwdown - Guest Designer

Merry Christmas Son I was thrilled to win a challenge on 52 Christmas Card Throwdown Blog and asked to be Guest Designer for their Masculine Card Challenge For this card I stamped a cute little snowman from Gnome Worth Melting For stamp set from Polkadoodles, onto Kraft card. I coloured using Prismacolor pencils. I attached to brown gingham backing paper then on to a die cut background. I inked the edges in brown Distress Oxide. I finished off by adding a border of twine and made a double bow to match and some white snow glitter.
