Handmade Roses - Shabby Card

Handmade Roses on a Shabby Card!

For this card I wanted shabby and elegant. I made roses using foamiran and Lady E Design Dies. For the arrangement, I attached some elements from Lemoncraft Papers. I used matching backing papers from Hunkydory Crafts. I cut the front of the card in a slant and attached a border die-cut. The ribbon was attached prior to adding the backing paper as it is glued underneath, to keep in place. The 'With Love' die-cut sentiment is from Cardmaking Magic. Un-doing the bow and opening the card, there is a black insert for your message.

LEO - Zodiac

LEO - Zodiac Polkadoodles have released their NEW Zodiac Collection and it's jam packed full of amazing digital downloads with a Horoscope theme. For this stepper card, I used Leo and coloured using Copics. The background paper is from the Happy Cactus Collection as I thought it fit perfectly into my jungle theme. I die cut lots of various leaves as well as cutting leaves from the backing paper, and assembled behind the lion. The LEO text and sentiment are from the same Zodiac Collection. I finished off by attaching a few miniature flowers and a wooden ladybird. Handmade Flowers on a Mother's Day Card! For this Mother's Day card, I made flowers by using Lady E Design Flower and Leaf Dies out of foamiran. I coloured using distress oxides. After manipulating them into shape by using heat, I inserted the stamens. The backing paper is from Hunkydory. I also attached a few elements from Little Birdie's 'Purple Passion' The 'sent with love' sentiment is from Sentimentally Yours from Phill Martin. The 'Mum' sentiment is from my stash. Just a Little Note, from Ula For this large tag, I used Ula Create stamp set and coloured using Copics. I stenciled the background using Heavenly Circles Stencil . I stamped the florals using Just a Little Note Blossom stamp set and also coloured using Copics. I finished off by adding a jute bow and flat back pearls, then attaching all to the base tag, made from Kraft card.
