For my 'Back to School' project, I made this vintage school bag using papers from the  Winston Deluxe Download Collection . The flowers and zip are from the same collection. The pencils are from  Winnie Fruit Punch Embellies  which I recoloured.   I used a box die to make my school bag shape. I inked up the edges in brown distress oxide. I made a pocket from a rectangle die and attached the zip to the top, for the pencils - adding some stitching with a white gel pen. For my floral, unusual card shape I used the beautiful  Winnie Summer Dreams  from  Winnie Lets Hang Out  Collection. I coloured her using ProMarkers. I attached her to various die cut shapes using papers from  Rose Budd Craft Download Collection  and  Timeless Rose Paper Pack . Sentiments are from  Big Birthday Surprise  Stamp Set. I handmade a few of the flowers in the arrangement and added along with mulberry roses.  My Besties - Guest Designer Before joining the Design Team, I was asked if I'd like to be Guest Designer for My Besties International Challenge - I gladly accepted. I absolutely adore the images from Sherri Baldy. I used the image 'Queen of Hearts Doll 9' from the new July release. For this card, I used warm tones against a vintage background, and using Kraft card. After colouring the image with ProMarkers, I inked up the edges in yellow and brown. I attached her to a vintage backing paper background, along side several rectangular die cuts - also inking the edges. I took a further copy of her and removed the toadstool, to which I then attached to a further panel, along side mulberry roses and a few die cut sprigs. I finished off by adding a jute twine bow and wooden flatback gem. The sentiment is from Sentimentally Yours from Phill Martin.  My Besties Shop
